Official Welcome Mass - Welcome Week Gold Program

The University of Notre Dame invites all new students and families from all faith backgrounds to the Celebration of the Official Welcome Mass at the Notre Dame Stadium. Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., will preside and Rev. Peter McCormick, C.S.C., will preach.

Students will receive an email with 3 mobile tickets for this event, so make sure to check your inboxes on your way to the event so see what gate you will enter, what time to enter, and your seating information. All students and two guests interested in attending the Official Welcome Mass must arrive at their specified time and gate together, with the provided mobile ticket, in order to enter the stadium. It is imperative that students and guests arrive, enter, and sit as designated.

If you or your two guests require ADA seating please visit the Guest Services Kiosks outside Gate A and Gate B prior to Mass.

The Official Welcome Masses will also be live streamed on the Welcome Week website. While in-person attendance is limited to new students and their two guests, all are welcome and encouraged to join virtually.
