Grad Student Breakfast Lecture with Elitzur Bar-Asher Siegal

This lecture is open to all students, but will be of particular interest to masters and doctoral students in CJA and HC who are doing work in Semitic languages (Hebrew, Aramaic, Syriac).

Elitzur Bar-Asher Siegal is associate professor in the Department of Hebrew Language at Hebrew University and has written extensively on topics in ancient Hebrew and Aramaic.  He would speak on: “The Relevance of Sociolinguistics to the Philological Study of Rabbinic Texts.”
