Placements
The MDiv program has an excellent placement record, with graduates around the country in a diverse set of ministries. In the past five years, 68 students have graduated from the MDiv--28 seminarians/brothers in the Congregation of Holy Cross and 40 lay students.
Among those 40 lay students, 36 found full-time ministry employment before or very soon after graduation: 8 in universities (20%), 7 in high schools (18%), 11 in a variety of non-profit organizations (28%), and 10 in parishes or diocesan offices (25%). The four who did not enter full time ministry are in doctoral studies, entered the religious life, or are primary caregivers for their families. Some examples of these placements are:
