Biography
From 2015-2020, Fr. Russell completed his philosophical and theological studies at the Regina Apostolorum in Rome before coming to the University of Notre Dame in 2021 to obtain the M.T.S and, in 2023, to begin a PhD in moral theology and Christian Ethics. His dissertation aims to uncover the moral implications of the concept and nature of authority in medieval canon law.
