The Department of Theology offers graduate students a choice of five outstanding degree-granting programs.
All five programs offer Notre Dame’s distinctive combination of resources in teaching, research, the dynamic life of a supportive academic community, and a well-rounded, person-centered preparation for service to the Church and the Academy.

Through the University's Department of Classics, students may also pursue an M.A. degree in Early Christian Studies.
