In the Autumn 2025 issue of Notre Dame Magazine, "The Gatherer" gives a snapshot of the journey of Evan Gage, MTS '19. Initially led by his interest in Turkey, and formed by his graduate studies and various experiences, he later decided to open a business centered around Turkish rugs and community.

“There are things in here I only understand because of my education,” he says. “People know I’m not just a reseller — I care deeply about this stuff. I feel a sense of responsibility for the history behind these goods. That’s not something I’d have if I hadn’t studied theology at Notre Dame.”
