Can We Eat Enough?

-

Location: McKenna Hall Auditorium

Are we eating ourselves to death? Our food landscape orients us to things external to our bodies – to industries, celebrities, scientific claims, laws, foodstuffs, and brand allegiance. Dr. Jonathan K. Crane proposes an approach that reclaims persons as eaters – a powerful start to learning how to eat (just) enough.

Jonathan K. Crane is the Raymond F. Schinazi Scholar in Bioethics and Jewish Thought in the Center for Ethics at Emory University.

Reception following. Free and open to the public.
