-

Location: Geddes Hall

Vespers will be held once a month during the academic year in Our Lady of Mercy Chapel located in Geddes Hall. Hosted by the Institute for Church Life, the 30-minute evening prayer service includes liturgical music, Scripture and a brief reflection by members of the university community.

The dates for Vespers in Geddes Hall during the fall semester are August 24, September 21, October 12 and November 30. The service begins at 5:15 p.m.

“Keeping prayer at the center of our day is integral to the Christian life,” said John Cavadini, McGrath-Cavadini Director of the Institute for Church Life. “We invite the Notre Dame community to join us in giving thanks for the day, praying for the needs of the world and praising God our creator.”

All are welcome to attend.
