Pilgrimage of Crèches

The Institute for Church Life invites the Notre Dame and South Bend communities to enjoy a display of thirty crèches from around the world, on loan from the Marian Library International Crèche Collection at the University of Dayton. The nativities from Asia, Africa, South America, and France will be on display at five different locations around campus: Eck Visitor Center, the Morris Inn, McKenna Hall, the Main Building, and the Hesburgh Library. Join us as we make a pilgrimage, starting at the  Eck Visitors Center and concluding at the Main Building. The Glee Club and Notre Dame children’s choir will participate. Notre Dame’s President, Rev. John I Jenkins, C.S.C., will greet pilgrims and offer a brief reflection in the Main Building, Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
