Human Dignity Lecture: Prison Reform: Problematic Necessity

Martin F. Horn, Distinguished Lecturer in Corrections at John Jay College and the Executive Director of the New York State Sentencing Commission, is the speaker for the fourth annual Human Dignity Lecture. Mr. Horn will provide insight into the nature and necessity of prison reform, as well as its challenges.
