College of Arts and Letters Diploma Ceremony

Location: Joyce Center, Purcell Pavilion

The conferral of degrees will take place during the Notre Dame Commencement exercises Sunday morning, but students will receive their diplomas during the Arts and Letters Diploma Ceremony.

Dean John T. McGreevy, I.A. O’Shaughnessy Dean of the College of Arts and Letters, will preside over the ceremony.

11:30 a.m.–12:45 p.m.
Pick up cards for diploma ceremony at Gate 10 of the Purcell Pavilion

12:50 p.m.
Line up for diploma ceremony in Gym 1 (gate 8) or Gym 2 (gate 10) in the upper level of the Purcell Pavilion and then go up the steps

1:05 p.m.
Students process to the Purcell Pavilion’s floor level

1:30 p.m.
Ceremony begins

4:00 p.m.
Ceremony concludes
