Fr. Michael is a priest with the Diocese of Fort Wayne - South Bend and rector of St. Matthew Cathedral in South Bend. Ordained in 1993, he received his Ph.D. in 2008 in Latin and Greek Patristics from the University of Notre Dame. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate course in Theology and is currently completing a translation of Origen's Homilies on the Psalms for inclusion in the Fathers of the Church series published by Catholic University of America Press, and hopes to begin work on a monograph on theological method in the early Church.
