Nolvia is the senior administrative assistant for the Center of Latino Spirituality and Culture. She directly assists Fr. Virgilio Elizondo, Fr. Gustavo Gutierrez and Fr. Daniel Groody with their administrative needs at Notre Dame, and events outside of the University. During the summer months she manages the front desk and provides support to faculty and staff in the Department of Theology.

Melody provides oversight for all administrative operations of theology department. She oversees the department’s budget, faculty appointment process, and physical spaces.

Cheron provides administrative support to the department, focusing on the Ph.D. and the Master of Theological Studies programs, the director of graduate studies and the director of the Master of Theological Studies, faculty administrators of specific areas of the Ph.D. and M.T.S. programs, and the teaching committee.

Betsy is the administrative assistant to three directors within the Master of Divinity Program. She is also the administrative assistant to the assistant chair of Master of Arts in theology. She assists all aspects of administrative support including TravelND reimbursements for faculty and staff.

Janet is the assistant to three co-directors for the Master of Sacred Music Program. In addition to administrative support, she also manages student recitals/performances, M.S.M. sponsored events and the Malloy Hall Chapel.

Emily oversees communications, web design and marketing for the department. She works with faculty, visitors and staff to plan events and arrange travel. Emily also assists the Director of Undergraduate Studies to promote a vibrant undergraduate program. She assists undergraduates with registration, advising, and other academic concerns.
